Jurong Recyclet was first founded as a general waste collector in 2011 and subsequently we incorporated JR Environmental Pte Ltd in 2013. From humble beginings of just 2 empolyees and 1 truck, and now we have expanded our team to 14 staffs with over 7 trucks under our fleet.

In this line, our clients and also suppliers know Jurong Recyclet first following JR Environmental. At that time, the taglines of being environmentally friendly and environmentally conscious garnered significantly less attention as it does now.

Mr Kevin Chew, Jurong Recyclet’s then co-founder and today’s managing director of JR Environmental analysed the rapidly increasing trend of waste generation in Singapore and saw great potential in the field of waste management. As such, he ventures into this industry and becomes successful.
